Hey Why do you have confusion buddy, when real state finance are available, you can borrow loan for property.

Technically the lender would put his position on the home title in jepordy if it is done when in litigation, same as a realtor if you want to try to sell, best to try and settle complaint if possible, or get in position for chapter7, God Bless!

The bank may not get their money. If it's taken by the court,everyone else can take a hike.
