These are fairly easy, but I want to get a second opinion.

Thanks for any help you can provide here.

Hello,

Here are the ones where I disagree with your answer: I think 7 should be D. Northern.

With 8, I would go with C. electoral vote.  Although cynics claim the Supreme Court decision decided the election, the court only prevented the State of Florida from illegally preventing the Secretary of State from issuing the results as required under State law.  The President was still not formally selected until the electoral college met and vogted.

9. D. George Washington.  Madison was a highly partisan Democratic-Republican.

10. B. PACs are limited to $5000 contributions.

11. I would go with D.  Although there were covert actions, they were not part of the deterence policy.
