Dear Sir,

I am working in largest private bank located in rajkot(Gujarat). Company has terminate the employee(Unconfirm)wihtout single day notice period. This process across all india.

They told us that we are in cost cutting situation. According to appointment letter they can terminate any time till unconfirmed. They can give basic salary as company will decide. We argue to company that on humanity ground you should give at least 1 month notice period to settle down and find other job. Now the situation is we are in very much tension.

At the same time company has given one month time to one employee. On that basis can we fight to HR that rules are same for all employee, we should also be given the same time/.

Dear Hemal,

Hope you're doing fine.

With the basis as differentiation between you, others and that employee who has been given one month notice time or pay, you can write a letter to the HR in demanding the compensation or notice period and wait for the reply. If it's a group of people they should write letter individually and another letter in a group taking signature of everyone.
