What is the average monetary settlement in NH for bilateral carpal tunnel syndrome? How long could it take for settlement to occur?

There is no set settlement in the state of Ut, for any injury. The settlement is based on your income, at a rate of 66%. Your needs for surgery and only after the doctors have said you are at 100% medical. This does not mean your better, this means the doctors cant help you any more. So for example you may have had surgery, this is a loss of motion and adds. If you did not need surgery then you wont get as much.
