Rental Agreement Form?

Postby Wilfredo » Mon Mar 02, 2015 7:26 pm

Dear kkemper:

What is rent control?  Also, is there a website with free applications or am I mistaken?  Thanks again! Suede

------ Followup To - Dear kkemper:

You have helped me in the past. Great advice. I was hoping that you could help me again.  I am going to be renting my upper apartment in the near future.  I am getting ready now.  I will definately be screening, due to being burnt in the past. I live in Western NY what I'm looking for is a rental agreement form that I can print out for free.  I have seen these before but forgot what website.  I am hoping you would know. Thanks again for volunteering your time. Suede.

Rental Agreement Form?

- your city might have rent control.

i suggest visiting a real estate firm that has a property

rental dept and ask to borrow one of their forms.

that will get u going.

sometimes a state's department of real estate will

have such forms available.

does that help?

thanks for writing to me again

Rental Agreement Form?

Postby Zarad » Fri Mar 06, 2015 4:27 pm

in some cities in the US,

NYC and santa monica, ca, among them,

with the huge increase in property value continuing,

it is considered unfair to make clerks and restaurant staffs

drive 1 hour to work to earn their bottom of the scale

salaries.   SO, those cities have decided to allow some

renters to keep their low rents under some circumstances;

rents as much as 20% of the value of the current rents.

---with 1, 000,000,000,000 web pages, one has to have

the forms u seek

thanks for asking
