Barry C did a good job of pointing out the ethics involved in doing each other's homework but he didn't have to be a dick about it. Smarty Pants should always at least head the opposer in the direction of a legal site that can solve the problem ethically.
Such as:
dictionary.law.com
FindLaw.com

Statistically speaking, (c) is most often the right answer.

But in your case? It may be, it may not be.

homework section is over thattaway -->

this is the ethics section and it is neither ethical for you to ask us to do your homework nor ethical for us to give you the answers and leave you uneducated.

Now if you were to write at least 3 paragraphs on each question explaining what your best guess is and where you are hitting a stumbling block in your understanding, it would be ethical of us to point you in the right direction.

But for us to just give you answers?

Nah.
