Ohio Burial Laws For Cremated Remains

We no longer live in OH, but my aged mother asks to be cremated and returned to OH.  Is there any law or requirement for a vault or other receptacle to be used for the burial?  We are considering having her cremated remains included in the same cemetery plot as her mother who died in 1922.  Is this allowed in OH?  Thanks for the help.

If it is a for-profit cemetery, they're likely to want to charge you for a second right of interment. They may also require a totally unnecessary vault. That makes my blood boil. I usually ask, "Do you own a shovel and a flashlight?" Or plant a rose bush and add your own bonemeal. There are no state laws regarding this.
