My neighbor wants to sue me.?

Postby denys » Sat Jun 23, 2012 12:36 am

I got so angry because he called the police on me for shooting off fireworks at night. The police confiscated $400 worth of fireworks. So i went to PA and took some Japanese knot Weed From My cousins back yard and planted it in his. Its growing in through his foundation and into his house. I told him it was suing me. Now i face charges of property damage and some kind of invasive species law. Is there anyway around this ? (This guy never gets off my back)

Um... no.... You damaged his property... Now you even admitted to it online.

Good luck.

He would have to prove that you did it.

If you admitted to it, you are stupid.

Also, this would take time to do property damage.

Your attorney would have told you NEVER to admit to a crime online and NEVER to admit online to causing someone else to suffer loss or damage (and thereby subjecting yourself to a lawsuit).

Smart people consult an attorney when there is a conflict.

You got angry because you suffered the consequences of being caught committing a crime. You want to blame someone else for your problem, so you decide to commit another crime or two. Are you 12 years old?
