Postby Lorence » Mon Dec 05, 2016 6:25 am

We've been married to 12yrs this Nov., he has been deported.  We want to be together, I was told I could move to a border town in Az. and Mexico and work at the Wal-Mart in Az. and live in Mexico, Its the only way we can be together, is this true or not. We dont want to wait 10 yrs. for a yes or no,for him to come back so can you tell me if it is true.

I am sorry to say I can not help you; this is a US Immigration Law question and I only answer Mexican law related matters. However, it occurs to me that if you are married(and I assume you are a US citizen), it is possible for your husband to become a resident alien as your spouse and come back to the States. Have you tried this approach?
