It Is The Law Of Indian Country And The Incapability Of Legilature That A Criminal Worst Than A Thief, murderer Can Roam Not Only Free But Can Win Elections And Can Have Affairs As He Feels.

The Idian Law Doesnt Have Any Provision To Implicate People In Match Fixing. Because Our Earlier Indian Lawmakers Never Dreamt That Indian Cricketers Would Indulge In Match Fixing. So They Never Put A Clause Or Ipc In The Law Books. So Md Azharuddin Who Played With The Sentiments Of All The Cricket Lovers Along With Cricket On Ground Was Enquired By Bcci And Cbis Director Privately Rather Than Official

The Charge or enquiry depends on the strength of the bribe a person is able to shell out to the party concerned, there are so many criminals who have good relationship with the police/judiciary and the political leaders.
