no grounds for one.
This is just Army policy since I don't know about other branches. It is completely voluntary for a pregnant female to get discharged via Family Action Plan (FAP) after giving birth to their kid. This is usually for single females that serving in the military would adversely affect their ability to take care of their child. Again it is completely voluntary and barring some sort of medical condition that arises from the pregnancy the Army will not discharge someone for having a child until their contract is done.

If a female is discharged due to a medical condition that arose from the pregnancy it would still be an honorable discharge via medical evaluation board.

So unless the females are willing to sue themselves for volunteering for discharge there cannot be any sort of class action suit.

No, since pregnant women are allowed to serve in the US military.

You are offered a choice, separate from the service, or have the baby and file a family care plan.

no, you cannot serve if you are pregnant and had to accept that when enlisting.
