Well no they can re-open the case they choose not to because hey are a really greedy corporation they hate the workforce Its not too late but they choose not to Its all about greed and money.

I bet thousands of male walmart employees will get laid off now

this is what the Supreme Court said needed to happen, that the women would have to sue the individual stores and such and not Walmart as a whole since the hiring and promoting was done locally
