Hello there,

Can you please tell me how can I get the license to import wine from other countries to the state of Colorado USA.??

Do I need a license to import wine directly to my wine bar in Denver Co.?

Yes.

As I recall US "State Laws"(for the most part) govern activity within a State.  Federal laws govern inter-state and international aspects.  Importing, by definition in supra-State, hence the rules are the same throughout the United States.  Therefore, go see http://www.ttb.gov/itd/importing_alcohol.shtml

As to your 2nd question, it's nearly a repeat of your first, though you're being more specific as to where in Colorado you plan to deal in the imported wine(your wine bar); but you seem to question whether you even need a license(which in your first question, you assumed you did).  Again, as I understand it, yes, you need permission as well as some other elements(eg. tax identification numbers, probably bonding).
