Brian

You will need to run a 12-3 with ground for the dishwasher and the disposal. The dish washer is the heavy use of amps and running both may or may not trip the breaker. This would be a problem you may not want in the future. The correct way to wire this would be to run the 12-3 to a box near the dishwasher then use the black wire for the DW and the red for the GDisp make sure the GDisp is switched or is the type that has a built in switch.
