Class action suit against those filing a class action suit?

Postby raleah » Fri May 04, 2012 5:36 am

A few people backed by a developer trying to do a hostile takeover are trying to launch a class action suit against the building of a store that the rest in the neighborhood actually want built. We started wondering, is it possible to file a class action suit against the individuals and the hostile developer? Anyone know of a case like this? Our concern is they are just trying to tie up development for years until this hostile developer can then take over, meanwhile we risk half the community remaining locked in this legal fight and our property values crashing because of it. So, we want to sue the folks and their takeover developer partner who are trying to sue the current developer, if that make sense.

class action suits are normally developed against people who have ALREADY committed
an act against others. An injection is all that is needed at this time.

I sure hope you are not asking about a Wal Mart store, the only firm in the nation
that bullies its way into communities........

and you are saying HOSTILE takeover--that means that the group and developer want to
buy a public company.

Can guide more if needed
