Chymopapain Neuclosis

I received these injections in 1986.  They are no longer done. I feel there has been a big coverup on this drug. I have had multiple back surgeries since, and my neurosergeon has not came right out and said it, but has insinuated that this was the beginning of the problem.  If any attorney should read this, I would like to know if any investigation has been done on this drug in the US as it has been in Europe.

is most likely "no" and even if there were evidence that you were misled, the Statute of Limitations ran out years ago. Good luck.

Chymopapain Neuclosis

I remember this treatment for spinal disc disease/injury as becoming very popular for a time but now obviously out of favor. It was probably just a matter of not being effective. I constantly review cases involving defective/over promoted medical devices, drugs, medical procedures and have never seen anything on chymopapain. Obviously, chymopapain could not have been the "beginning of the problem" because you must have had a serious spinal problem before that led to that kind of treatment.
is, did it make you worse, did the manufacturer or doctor know of serious risks that were not disclosed to you.
