Any Tips??

Hello again, I would like to know do you have any tips on what I should do to prepare for the physical agility test?  Any type of workout plan, if so what is it?

Charisse:  If your test is in two weeks or less, you won't have time to adequetely prepare for it if you haven't been working out already.   Running, situps, pushups, and things like that, on a regular workout plan, are what I usually advise.  It's too late to start a regimen at this point, since your body will still be trying to build up to the test.  If you can, begin by running, that is the part that will be your biggest issue if you haven't ran before.  Upper body strength is key in these tests.
