17 years old and charged with disorderly conduct?

Postby jabin20 » Sat Jul 28, 2012 3:02 am

Hi! I'm 17 years old and got charged with Disorderly Conduct.
I ran away from home, and that night the cop and my parents found me, i had a few beers so i agreed to blow and my alch. level was .070.
i got a letter in the mail today saying i have to go to court for a minor offense of disorderly conduct. i live in WA state.
what do you think my punishment will be? (I have NEVER gotten in any legal troubles before, not even a speeding ticket.)
Thanks so much!!

Being that your a minor and its your first offence is say your looking at probably a few months of probation maybe a little community service and possibly alcohol classes

You'll probably get a light deal. Maybe an alcohol intervention plus comm service and the charge could disappear when you're 18 if you don't get in anymore trouble.
